COMPLETE BAG CHANGE-OUT SERVICE
The experience of our team can be depended on. We will do it right the first time and get the dust collector back online with minimal downtime. Our people have the proper safety equipment to ensure each job is done safely. Our precise attention to proper installation and correct tensioning will lead to long bag life and more efficient baghouse and/or dust collector performance.
BAGHOUSE and/or DUST COLLECTOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE.
We will visit your facility at designed intervals and perform a complete inspection of all dust equipment. This comprehensive lists of all areas presently in need of work and a list of all areas that will need work in the future. If desired, we can provide you with a quote to do the maintenance work and the spare parts needed to complete the work. Our inspections are thorough. We leave nothing to speculation.
CONSULTATION SERVICE.
If you think that you spend too much time and money on your Baghouse and/or Dust Collectors, let INVICTUS SA give you an appraisal of your Baghouse and/or Dust Collecting System. After inspection of your complete Dust Collecting System, our staff, with years of problem-solving experience, will recommend a solution addressing all aspects of the problem(s). We can also do a bag analysis to find the reason for failure or find the projected lift of your filter bag(s).
